Looking to start a career in sales? Home Energy Pros is seeking motivated, outgoing people to connect with local homeowners and set appointments for home energy improvement consultations.
We have opportunities for appointment setters and representatives who set appointments and close sales. No previous sales experience is required.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with no base salary. Average commission per completed sale:

Appointment setting: Approximately $1,000 per sale resulting from an appointment you set.

Setting and closing: Approximately $2,000 per sale you both set and close.
Earnings depend on performance. Setting an appointment alone does not earn the listed sale commission.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
- Introduce Home Energy Pros and explain our home energy improvement services.
- Schedule in-home consultations.
- Record homeowner information accurately and coordinate with the sales team.
- For representatives who also close: conduct consultations and help homeowners choose services.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old.
- Your own reliable vehicle.
- Available to work full-time.
- Comfortable approaching people and working outdoors.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to stay positive through rejection.
